§ 94.99. PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of this chapter for which no other penalty has been established shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any provision of §§ 94.15 through 94.21 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not to exceed $700, with costs, or by imprisonment for not to exceed 90 days, or both. All fines collected under §§ 94.15 through 94.21 shall be deposited in the park fund.
