§ 94.21. CLOSING OF PARKS.

The City Clerk/Treasurer or other designated official is hereby authorized to close any park, trail or portion thereof at any time for any internal of time, whether temporarily or at regular stated intervals as he or she shall find necessary, for the protection of park property or for the public health, safety or welfare.
