Minimum lot area	12,000 sq. ft.	20,000 sq. ft.
Minimum lot width	75 feet	100 ft.
Roadway driving	24 ft. (plus 8 ft. for shoulders)	24 ft. (plus 8 ft. for shoulders)
Road pavement	City standards	City standards
Lakeshore	15,000 sq. ft.	20,000 sq. ft.
Or more if required as a result of soil percolation tests as provided in the Sewage Ordinance applicable to on-site systems
