(A) Side lot lines shall be substantially at right angles or straight road lines or radial to curved road lines or radial to lake or stream shores unless topographic conditions necessitate a different arrangement.
(B) Each lot shall front upon a public road.
(C) Through lots or double frontage lots shall be avoided when possible.
