§ 170.13. SEWAGE DISPOSAL; ODOR AND CORROSION CONTROL MEASURES; FINANCIAL SECURITY.

Extension of the public sanitary sewer system shall, when available, be designed so as to provide sewer service to each lot. All subdivisions under this chapter shall comply with the sanitary sewer odor and corrosion control regulations as set forth in § 52.35 of this City Code.
