§ 225.02. PERMITTED USES.

In addition to other uses specifically identified elsewhere in this title, the following are permitted uses in the B-1 Downtown Business District.
(A) Bank, savings and loan, savings credit unions, and other financial institutions.
(B) Clinics.
(C) Clubs and lodges.
(D) Commercial recreation, indoor.
(E) Funeral homes and mortuaries.
(F) Hotels.
(G) Governmental and public utility buildings and structures.
(H) Instructional classes.
(I) Office businesses.
(J) Performing arts centers.
(K) Off-street parking as a principal use, public garages and bus stations.
(L) Restaurants.
(M) Retail businesses.
(N) Service businesses, on and off-site.
