For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ANTENNA. That portion of any equipment located on the exterior or outside of any structure used for receiving and/or transmitting radio, television, electromagnetic or other means of wireless transmission.
CITY. The City of Center City, Minnesota.
LEASE. That lease agreement in the form attached to Ordinance passed 6-6-2000.
STRUCTURE. Any man-made building or device extending upward from the ground upon which may be constructed or affixed an antenna.
