§ 52.09. WATER BILLING.

A statement of charges shall be rendered quarterly in January, April, July, and October of each year. If the statement is not paid within 30 days following presentment of the bill, a quarterly carrying charge as set forth in the current city fee schedule shall be applied to the unpaid balance.
