§ 50.03. SUSPENSION OF LICENSE OR FRANCHISE.

A franchise or license issued under the provisions of this chapter may be revoked or suspended for a violation of this chapter or other applicable regulations of law, upon showing that the franchisee or licensee has failed to comply with the same.
