§ 94.01. DEFINITION.

For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a new meaning.
PUBLIC BATHING BEACH. Any public land, road or highway adjoining public waters, specifically set aside and designated as public beaches by the placement of signs indicating the boundaries thereof within the city.
